摘要
简要介绍了聚氨酯泡沫及其原材料聚醚多元醇中挥发性有机物(VOC)的来源及检测方法。从选择新型催化剂体系、改进聚合工艺、改进后处理工艺及在聚醚多元醇中添加稳定剂等方面详细介绍了降低聚醚多元醇VOC含量的技术;同时从脱除残留单体及溶剂、选择新型链转移剂、选择新型自由基引发剂等方面详细总结了降低聚合物多元醇(POP)中VOC含量的技术。
The sources and detection methods of volatile organic compound (VOC) in polyurethane foam and its raw material polyether polyol are briefly introduced. The techniques for reducing VOC content of the polyether polyol are introduced in detail from the aspects of selecting novel catalyst system, improving polymerization process, improving post-treatment process, adding stabilizer in polyether polyol, etc. The techniques for reducing VOC content of polymer polyol (POP) are also summarized in detail from the aspects of removing residual monomer and solvent, selecting novel chain transfer agent, selecting novel free radical initiator, etc.
