摘要
针对大尺寸、高精度、结构复杂的航空航天产品,开展了多工位、全方位装配测量技术的研究。设计了一套基于液压系统控制的具备移动、升降、调节水平功能的多工位、全方位装配检测平台,配合激光跟踪仪来实现大型卫星部装平台测量。经验证,运用多工位、全方位装配检测平台,实现过程简单,测量数据误判率低,大大提升了产品的装配效率,满足了现阶段大型卫星平台结构部装的测量需要。利用此设计理念,还可以设计视角更高的检测平台,也可借鉴到其他大型产品的高精度装配测量当中。
Aimed at aerospace products with large size,high precision and complex structure,multi-station and omni-directional assembly measurement technology was studied.A multi-station and omni-directional assembly and testing platform with the functions of moving,lifting and adjusting level was designed based on hydraulic system control,and the measurement of large satellite assembly platform was realized cooperated with laser tracker.It was proved that the application of multi-station and omni-directional assembly and testing platform had the advantages of simple implementation process and low misjudgment rate of measurement data,which greatly improved the assembly efficiency of products and met the measurement needs of structural parts of large satellite platforms at the present stage.By using this design concept,a detection platform with a higher perspective was also designed,and can be applied to other large-scale products in high-precision assembly measurement.
