摘要
教育部要求各省级教育行政部门和高校继续加强在线开放课程的建设,着力打造"金课".建构适合我国国情又与国际接轨的在线开放课程评价指标体系,是打造"金课"的基础.通过对美国"QM质量标准"和我国"精品在线开放课程"评价指标进行比较分析,研究认为两者在评价的内容、重点和方法等方面存在差异.当前我国在线开放课程评价体系的构建应从三方面入手:构建全程的评价指标体系,将过程评价与结果评价紧密结合;以课程设计为重点,明确各指标权重,努力促进学习和教学质量双提高;增加教学设计过程中的评价指标,发挥指标体系的引导和指导作用.
The Ministry of Education requests all provincial educational administrative departments and universities to continue to strengthen the construction of online open courses and focus on creating “golden course”. The basis of producing “gold course” is to build an evaluation index system for the excellent online courses which fits our national conditions and connects with international standards. After comparing the “Quality Matters Rubric Standards” in the U.S. with the evaluation index system of the excellent online courses in China, we found that they are different in terms of evaluation content, focus and method. We believe that the construction of the evaluation index system of online open courses in China should pay more attention to the following three aspects: firstly, to construct a complete evaluation index system and combine process evaluation with result evaluation;secondly, to focus on curriculum design, define the proportion of each index and strive to promote the improvement of learning and teaching quality;thirdly, to increase evaluation index of teaching design and play the guiding role of the evaluation index system.
