大余麻鸭毛色为褐,有较大的黑色雀斑,性情温顺、活泼好动,因而肉质香嫩、味道可口,具有觅食能力强、产蛋高的优点。为了促使其形成品牌效应,必须推动其产业化发展,在提高保种质量的基础上优化发展方略。笔者对大余麻鸭保种及产业化发展进行了研究,希望能为相关工作人员提供理论借鉴。
