摘要
大余麻鸭毛色为褐,有较大的黑色雀斑,性情温顺、活泼好动,因而肉质香嫩、味道可口,具有觅食能力强、产蛋高的优点。为了促使其形成品牌效应,必须推动其产业化发展,在提高保种质量的基础上优化发展方略。笔者对大余麻鸭保种及产业化发展进行了研究,希望能为相关工作人员提供理论借鉴。
Dayu shelduck has brown fur, large black freckles, gentle temperament, lively and lively, so its meat is tender and delicious, and has the advantages of strong foraging ability and high laying eggs. In order to promote its brand effect, it is necessary to promote its industrialization and optimize its development strategy on the basis of improving the quality of seed conservation.
