摘要
目的分析不同培训方法在警察心肺复苏培训中的成效,为今后特殊职业开展急救技能公众化培训提供参考。方法将2015-12 接受心肺复苏培训的102 名防暴警察纳入研究。按照研究设计方案,将学员分为情景模拟组(n=25),采用情景模拟教学;理论操作组(n=25),采用理论加操作教学;操作演示组(n=27),采用操作演示法;数字密码组(n=25),采用特定数字记忆法强化急救知识点和操作流程。授课内容以2015 版《国际心肺复苏指南》为标准,比较四组的培训效果。结果培训后四组警察理论考试成绩均优于培训前,组间多重比较差异有统计学意义(F=8.986,P<0.01);培训后四组警察操作技能考核成绩达标,组间多重比较差异无统计学意义(F=1.325,P=0.271);四组教学方法在12 项操作项目中失误率比较,数字密码教学法失误率最低。结论四种培训方法对防暴警察心肺复苏培训均有效,数字密码教学效果最显著。
Objective The objective of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of different training methods for cardiopulmonary resuscitation of police officers, and to provide reference for the public training of first aid skills for special occupations in the future. Methods 102 riot police who received cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in December 2015 were included in the study. According to the research design plan, they were divided into the scenario simulation group (n=25), using the scenario simulation teaching;the theoretical operation group (n=25), using the theory plus operation teaching;the operation demonstration group (n=27), using operational demonstration method;digital code group (n=25), using specific digital memory method to strengthen first aid knowledge and operation procedures. The content of the lectures was based on the 2015 edition of the International Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Guide , and the effectiveness was compared between the four groups. Results After the training, the results of the four groups of theoretical examinations were better than those before the training;the differences among the four groups of police training were statistically significant (F=8.986, P<0.01);the results of the operational skills assessment after training were satisfactory, and there was no significant difference among four groups (F=1.325, P=0.271). The error rate of the four groups was compared in terms of 12 operating items, and the digital code teaching method had the lowest error rate. Conclusions The four training methods are effective for riot police cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, and the digital code teaching effect is most significant.
