摘要
为实现电力系统各环节互联、人机交互、状态全面感知、信息高效处理,国家电网有限公司提出了发展泛在电力物联网的战略目标。构建泛在电力物联网是信息融合的发展趋势,也是承载能源数据流的最佳途径。以能源技术发展趋势为依托,对泛在电力物联网的定义及特点进行了阐述,依据中国能源发展规律,提出了泛在电力物联网的发展建议。结合电力系统实际现状,提出了建设泛在电力物联网需要突破的关键技术。通过梳理泛在电力物联网的基本概念,聚焦下一步重点研究工作。
To achieve the interconnection of all links of the power system,human-computer interaction, comprehensive perception of state and efficient information processing,the State Grid Corporation of China puts forward the strategic goal of developing ubiquitous power Internet of things(UPIoT). Building UPIoT is both the development trend of information fusion and the best way to carry energy data flow. This paper relies on the development trend of energy technology to expound the definition and characteristics of UPIoT,and presents the development suggestions of UPIoT according to the law of energy development in China. And then in consideration of the actual situation of power system,the paper comes up with the key technologies to be broken through in the construction of UPIoT. Finally by sorting out the basic concepts of UPIoT,the paper focuses on the next key research work.
