摘要
为了解成都市中小学生信息素养的现状,文章构建了具有地方特色的成都市中小学信息素养标准。依据意识行为、基本技能、创新应用以及法律道德四个核心维度,通过问卷对成都市中小学生信息素养进行了测评,并就测评结果提出了相应的信息素养培育建议。文章发现,学生在意识行为、基本技能、创新应用维度上表现较好;道德和法律意识还有待加强;各地区小学学段、初中学段学生信息素养水平相近;在信息素养发展水平上,逐步呈现出以中心城区为引领,县市级略靠前的发展趋势。文章的研究结果为后续开展信息素养测评提供了方法借鉴,对成都市中小学生信息素养提升有指导意义。
In order to understand the information literacy status of primary and middle school students in Chengdu city, the paper established the information literacy standards with local characteristics for primary and secondary schools in Chengdu. Based on the four core dimensions of consciousness behavior, basic skills, innovative application and legal ethics, the information literacy of middle and primary school students in Chengdu city was evaluated through questionnaires, and corresponding training suggestions of information literacy were put forward according to the evaluation results. It was found that,(1) students performed well in the dimensions of conscious behavior, basic skills and innovative application;(2) moral and legal awareness remained to be strengthened;(3) similar levels of students’ information literacy were found in elementary and middle school stages of all regions.(4) At the level of information literacy development, it gradually emerged the development trend of the central city area as the guide and the county-level city slightly ahead. The research results of this paper could provide a method for the subsequent evaluation of information literacy and had guidance significance for the improvement of information literacy of primary and secondary school students in Chengdu city.
