摘要
传统双色面料生产过程中存在染整工序长、染色时间长、手感容易变硬、回弹性不好、易出现色差、染色牢度不好等问题,文中针对阳涤复合丝高弹双色起绒面料提出了短流程一浴法染色工艺,介绍了短流程一浴法染色工艺流程和条件,通过化验室打样,对比传统多浴染整工艺与短流程一浴法染色工艺效果,探讨短流程一浴法染色工艺的可行性,并进行生产实践。结果表明,短流程一浴法染色工艺处理后织物的色差、耐皂洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、拼白浮色牢度全部达到4级以上,织物回弹性及手感良好,且生产工艺流程短、具有节能减排的作用。
The traditional production process of double-color fabric has problems such as long dyeing and finishing process,long dyeing time,easy to become hard hand,poor resilience,easy chromatic aberration and poor dyeing fastness. In this paper,a short-flow one-bath dyeing process was proposed for the high-elastic double-color fleece fabric knitted with the cation modified polyester and ordinary polyester composite yarn. It introduced the short-flow one-bath dyeing process and conditions. Through experiments,the effect of the traditional multi-bath dyeing and finishing process and the short-flow one-bath dyeing process is compared in order to explore the feasibility of a short-flow one-bath dyeing process,and accordingly conduct production practice. The results show that the color difference,soap fastness,color fastness to perspiration and whitening color fastness of the fabric through the short-flow one-bath dyeing process all reached Grade 4 or above,and the fabric resilience and hand were good,and the process of the short-flow one-bath dyeing process is short and has the function of energy saving and emission reduction.
