Interdisciplinary innovation and practice in general hospitals

促进学科交叉、培育新的学科增长点是推动科技创新发展的重要驱动力。阐述了上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院在多学科交叉方面的实践思路和探索举措,思索目前在学科交叉方面的共性难点及发展前景,围绕进一步激发创新协同和转化能力,实现医、理、工、产等多学科交叉提出建议。

Promoting interdisciplinarity and cultivating new disciplinary growth points are the major impetuses to promote scientific and technological innovations. Aiming to further stimulate the innovation synergy and transformation ability, and to pioneer a new way for interdisciplinarity including medicine, science, engineering,industry and other disciplines, this paper introduced the foundation and conditions, strengths, carry out approaches,and practice on promoting interdisciplinarity of Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine summarized the current common difficulties in interdisciplinarity and the consideration of future development.
