自媒体时代涉诉舆论监督的司法应对策略

Strategies for Judicial Response to the Supervision of the Public Opinion to Lawsuit in We Media Era

近年来,司法案件受到社会舆论的广泛关注,引发公众的热烈讨论,而舆论对个案的过分关注同样会对司法机关依法独立办案产生压力。文章分析了自媒体时代舆论监督的新特点,结合近年来发生的热点案例探究舆论监督对司法产生的双重影响,并基于此提出司法应对舆论监督的对策,以求实现司法公正的最终目的。

In recent years,judicial cases have attracted more public attention and arouse hot discussion. Over-load of attention makes great pressure on judicial organs in terms of law-based independent investigation. The new characteristics of we media era public opinions are analyzed. Considering the hot cases in recent years where judicial practice is affected by public opinions,solutions are proposed to realize the ultimate justice.
