摘要
在总结和评述脱硫废水零排放处理技术的现状与问题的基础上,详细介绍了新型常温结晶分盐零排放脱硫废水处理工艺的原理、特点和主要中试结果.技术分析与中试结果表明,常温结晶分盐零排放工艺可以将预处理药耗成本降低40%以上,将蒸发结晶水量减少至原水水量的10%以下,综合运行成本和系统投资具有显著优势,有望成为一种具有较强市场竞争力的脱硫废水零排放技术方案.
The current status and challenges of FGD wastewater treatment processes were summarized and describe. The working principle, characteristics and major piloting results were then discussed for the ambient temperature crystallization assisted ZLD and pure salt recovery process. The technological analysis and pilot plant test results showed that, this new process had the potential to reduce over 40% chemical cost in the pretreatment and shrink the brine volume for downstream thermal process to less than 10% of the feed water, this process had significant advantages on both operating cost and system investment, and it will become a zero-discharge solution for desulfurization wastewater with strong market competitiveness.
