副文本与明清地域总集文学观念研究刍论

On the Paratext and the Concept of Literature in the Regional Anthologies of the Ming and Qing Dynasties

法国学者热拉尔·热奈特提出的副文本理论适用于中国古代文学研究。从副文本的角度介入明清地域总集研究,可发掘其体现的编纂思想、文学观念及批评信息。当下明清地域总集研究虽已产生一批关涉副文本范畴的成果,同时也面临着副文本资料清理薄弱、研究视野格局尚不够开阔、整体理论认知有待深入等问题亟待解决。未来的明清地域总集研究可从副文本中"标题"命名与编辑意图的呈现、"序跋"撰写与编纂宗旨的揭扬、凡例设置与编纂体例的说明、目录编排与分类观念的表达、插图小传与文学生态的再现、笺注评点与文学批评信息的呈示以及副文本类型选择与传播接受的效能等方面展开,为学术界提供独特的视域和富有创新性的科研成果。

The paratextual theory proposed by Gérard Genet, a French literary theorist, can be applied to the study of ancient Chinese literature. A paratextual perspective into the study of regional collections of the Ming and Qing Dynasties can help discover the ideas of compilation, the concepts of literature and the critical information embodied in them. While having obtained a number of achievements related to the category of paratext,the current studies of regional anthologies of the Ming and Qing Dynasties still face such problems as the weak collation of paratext data, the limited pattern of research horizon, and the further deepening of overall theoretical cognition and so on. The future research into regional anthologies of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are suggested to be carried out from the following aspects: the presence of the naming and edit intentions of"titles",the revelation of the writing and compiling purposes of"preface and epilogue", the setting and compiling styles of common examples, the expression of the concepts of catalogue compilation and classification, the reproduction of illustration biography and literary ecology, the presentation of the information of notes and literary criticism, and the effects of the selection and acceptance of paratext types. The studies from all these perspectives will provide unique horizons and innovative research achievements for the academia.
