摘要
工程管理是决定工程成败的关键要素之一。随着信息化和智能化技术的发展,运用新技术的、跨行业跨领域的大型复杂工程将逐步取代单一的工程项目。在大型复杂工程管理过程中,借助信息化和智能化的手段,能够有效地实现工程管理的各层面的要素可视化、数据的精准度量以及自动辅助预警等工作,从而大大减少人力成本,保证数据的可靠性与决策的准确性。尤其在智慧城市建设、万物互联等大型复杂工程的建设中,应用信息化和智能化等手段开展工程管理,已取得了较好的效果,发挥了关键的作用。分析了传统工程项目管理的现状以及面临的挑战,针对挑战提出了智慧工程管理的新思路与新举措,构建了智慧工程建设的管理方法与体系,剖析了信息化和智能化技术在工程建设管理中的典型应用,为创新工程项目管理方法提供了新的思路。
Engineering management is one of the key factors determining the success or failure of a project.With the development of information technology and intelligent technology,cross-industry and cross-field large-scale complex projects with new technology will gradually replace single projects.In the process of large-scale complex engineering management,with the help of informatization and intelligence,one can effectively realize the element visualization,accurate measurement of data and automatic assistant early warning at all levels of engineering management,thus greatly reduce human costs,ensure the reliability of data and accuracy of decision making.Especially,in the construction of large-scale complex projects such as smart city construction and interconnection of all things,the application of informatization and intelligence to carry out project management has achieved good results and played a key role.Analyzed are the current situation and challenge of traditional engineering project management,put forward are the new ideas and measures of intelligent engineering management coping with challenges,constructed are the management method and system of intelligent engineering construction,and analyzed are the typical applications of informatization and intelligence in the engineering construction management,which provides new ideas for innovating engineering project management methods.
