摘要 针对河钢集团沙河中关铁矿投产后出现的跑冒滴漏、供料短缺、台时效率低下、矿粉精度不达标的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,并提出了相应的技改措施。通过优化上料皮带漏斗形状,设计具有两级缓冲效果的重型缓冲托辊,实施上料“一键启停”技术,安装自磨机“返矿装置”及“两级缓冲箱”,解决了生产工艺瓶颈。在保证精矿质量的同时,磨机台效由80t/h提升至170t/h,节省电费197万元,降低综合备件成本18余万元,使选矿生产顺利达产的同时,取得了良好的经济效益。 In view of the problems of leakage, shortage of feeding materials, low efficiency of hourly efficiency and inaccuracy of pulverized ore in Shahe Zhongguan Iron Mine of HBIS Group, the causes are analyzed and the corresponding technical improvement measures are put forward. By optimizing the funnel shape of feeding belt, designing heavy cushioning roller with two-stage cushioning effect, implementing "one-button start-stop" in feeding, installing "return device" and "two-stage cushioning box"of autogenous mill, the bottleneck of production process was solved. With guaranteeing concentrate quality, the mill hourly efficiency has been raised from 80 t/h to 170 t/h, the electricity cost has been saved by 197,000 yuan, and the cost of comprehensive spare parts has been reduced by more than 180,000 yuan. The beneficiation production can be achieved smoothly, and good economic benefits have been achieved.
