摘要 采用120t转炉-120tLF+RH-380mm×280mm矩形坯连铸机短流程生产重载齿轮钢20CrNiMoH,介绍了其成分、性能设计要求及冶炼关键技术。通过采用转炉高拉碳工艺、钢包顶渣控制FeO+MnO≤1%、LF高碱度白渣精炼、RH全程底吹氩、连铸末端电磁搅拌等技术,钢水纯净度、化学成分窄带得到有效控制,成品材氢含量<1.5ppm,化学成分、低倍组织、外金属夹杂物、晶粒度、末端淬透性等各项指标均达到优质钢材水平。 20CrNiMoH heavy gear steel is produced by short process thus,120 t converter+120 t LF +RH + caster (380 mm×280 mm billet). Its composition, performance design requirements and key smelting technologies are introduced. By adopting converter high carbon drawing process, ladle top slag controlling FeO+MnO<1%, LF high basicity white slag refining, RH bottom blowing argon, electromagnetic stirring at the end of continuous casting, etc., the purity of molten steel and the narrow band of chemical composition are effectively controlled. The hydrogen content of finished products is less than 1.5 ppm. The chemical composition, macrostructure, external metal inclusions, grain size and end hardening all reach the level of high quality steel.
