摘要
基于移动健康服务技术的发展,移动技术优化了病人就诊,改善了业务效率和医疗服务质量。针对瘢痕患者传统医疗服务模式存在的弊端,分析瘢痕患者就诊流程,提出了瘢痕患者移动健康服务模式,并对瘢痕患者移动健康服务进行需求分析,阐述构建适合瘢痕患者管理的移动健康服务模式的意义,为瘢痕患者管理系统设计研究提供理论依据,以体现健康伦理价值。
Based on the development of mobile health service technology,mobile technology has optimized patient visits,improved business efficiency and medical service quality.This paper aimed at the drawbacks of the traditional medical service model for scar patients,analyzed the medical treatment process for scar patients,and proposed the mobile health service model for scar patients.The analysis of mobile health service for scar patients was carried out,and the significance of constructing a mobile health service model suitable for scar management was expounded.It provided a theoretical basis for the research of the patient management system design of scar.Then it embodied the ethical value of health.
