摘要
以建筑信息模型(BIM)技术为基础的信息化协同管理系统可以覆盖项目全寿命期,能够解决传统管理模式在信息交换和传递方面存在的数据共享与处理困难、管理手段单一等问题,尤其适用于工程体量大且复杂的项目。文章依托济青高速铁路项目管理实践,围绕信息化、协同性、全寿命期的管理目标,建立了济青高铁信息化协同管理系统。按用户级别、权限和信息传递过程,系统划分为4个用户层次。在项目管理平台iTWO系统的基础上,融合互联网、云平台、健康监测技术,设计了BIM三维模型、算量、计价、项目进度管理、总控管理和运维管理等功能模块。济青高铁项目采取预建造的信息化协同管理模式,在前期线路的规划、设计图纸的深化、施工期间的控制、运维阶段的使用方面起到了关键作用。
Information collaborative management system based on BIM technology can be used in the project whole life. This system changes the disadvantages of data sharing and processing and management existed in traditional management mode, and is especially applicable to complex projects. Based on the management of Jiqing high speed railway project, this paper develops a collaborative management system centering on the building informatization, synergy and life-cycle management. According to the user position, authority and information transfer process, the system is divided into four user levels. On the basis of iTWO system, the BIM 3D model function module, the calculation function module, the pricing function module, the project schedule management module, the general control management module and the operation and maintenance management module are designed through integrating the Internet, cloud platform and health monitoring technology. The application shows that the pre-construction CMS plays a critical role in the preliminary route planning, the detailed design, the construction process control and the application in the operation and maintenance stage.
