益母草颗粒辅助治疗对药物流产后子宫不规律出血患者HMGB1、MMP-2、MMP-9水平的影响

Effect of adjuvant motherwort granule on the levels of HMGB1,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in patients with irregular uterine bleeding after medical abortion

目的探讨益母草颗粒辅助治疗对药物流产后子宫不规律出血患者高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)水平影响。方法收集本院2016年1月—2019年1月收治的100例经过药物流产后发生不规律出血患者,根据入院顺序排序后取随机数字分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,患者均口服均给予米非司酮片及米索前列醇药流方式,对照组在以上基础上给予抗生素或对症治疗,观察组在以上基础上给予益母草颗粒辅助治疗,对比两组药流效果、治疗前后性激素及HMGB1、MMP2、MMP9水平。结果观察组阴道出血持续时间短于对照组时间,子宫内膜厚度高于对照组厚度(P<0.05),两组出血量间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组雌二醇水平升高,孕酮水平降低,HMGB1降低,MMP2、MMP9水平升高,并且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益母草颗粒辅助药物流产治疗可以明显降低不规律出血发生,改善性激素表达,能够升高MMP-2、MMP-9水平,降低HMGB1水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of motherwort granules on the high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1),matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9)levels in patients with irregular uterine bleeding after medical abortion.Methods 100 patients with irregular bleeding after medical abortion were collected from Jan.2016 to Jan.2019 in our hospital.According to the order of admission,random numbers were divided into the observation group and the control group,50 patients in each group.All patients were given oral administration of mifepristone tablets and misoprostol.The control group was given antibiotics or symptomatic treatment on the above basis.The observation group was given the adjuvant treatment of the motherwort particles on the above basis.And comparing the drug flow effects of the two groups,the sex hormones before and after treatment,and HMGB1.MMP2,MMP9 levels.Results The duration of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the thickness of the endometrium was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone decreased,HMGB1 decreased,MMP2 and MMP9 levels increased,and the change of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yimucao granules assisted drug abortion treatment can significantly reduce the occurrence of irregular bleeding,improve the expression of sex hormones,increase the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9,and decrease the level of HMGB1.
