摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)因其高选择性、高灵敏度、低检出限以及多元素同时分析等诸多优点,已成为各类样品中痕量和超痕量元素分析最常用的检测技术。本文介绍了2015年1月至2018年3月期间我国在ICP-MS分析方面的学术活动,相关国家标准和行业标准制修订情况,并详细评述了利用ICP-MS技术在材料、地质矿产、环境、食品、医药卫生等领域痕量元素分析方面的最新应用进展情况。引用参考文献330篇。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) has become the most important and a powerful technique for trace element and ultratrace element analysis in all kinds of samples due to its high selectivity and sensitivity,low detection limit as well as simultaneous measurement of multi-elements. In this article,the important activities and progress on the development and revision of standards involved in ICP-MS are introduced,the recent advances and applications of ICP-MS for element analysis in fields of materials,geology,mineral,environment,food,medical and health from January 2015 to March 2018 are reviewed in detail. A total of 330 references are cited.
