不同断面颜色的广西莪术中吉马酮的含量测定

Determination of Germacrone in Ezhu(Curcuma kwangsiensis) with Different Cross Section Colors

目的:比较4种不同断面颜色广西莪术的吉马酮含量,用于不同断面颜色的吉马酮的质量评价。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定不同断面颜色的广西莪术中吉马酮的含量,流动相:乙腈-水(75∶25),流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长:215nm。结果:不同断面颜色的广西莪术中吉马酮含量有明显差异,广西莪术其断面颜色为黄色的吉马酮含量最高,乳黄色次之,再者为淡黄色,淡灰褐色最少。结论:不同断面颜色的广西莪术中吉马酮的含量有所差别,断面颜色为黄色的,吉马酮含量最高,可为广西莪术的品质评价提供依据。

Objective:To compare the content of germacrone in Curcuma kwangsiensis with four different cross section colors and evaluate the quality of samples.Methods:High-performance liquid chromatography was used for determination of germacrone in Curcuma kwangsiensis with different cross section colors.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(75∶25).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at 35℃.And the detection wavelength was 215 nm.Results:The content of germacrone was significantly different in Curcuma kwangsiensis with different cross section colors.The cross-sectional color of Curcuma kwangsiensis with the highest content of germacrone was yellow,followed by milk yellow,then light yellow and light grayish brown.Conclusion:The content of germacrone in Curcuma kwangsiensis with different cross section colors is different.The content of gemaquinone of yellow cross-section is the highest,and available for evaluating the quality of Curcuma kwangsiensis.
