结合地铁项目部近期开展的风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防体系初步建设工作,对双重预防体系的实施情况进行分析,建立了双重预防体系"互联网+"信息平台,并结合手机客户端对现场安全生产进行动态管控,有效的提高了现场安全生产管理水平,并提出了双重预防体系在地铁施工阶段实施的关键点及建议。
