摘要
工程教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在国家工业化人才培养进程中,工程教育对国家工业体系的形成和发展,起到了不可替代的作用。在"新工科"教育改革背景下,教育工作者在工程能力培养过程中,都普遍遇到了教育界与产业界运行模式差异较大,产教融合长效性不足;专业、课程之间个体壁垒严重,教学模式灵活性不足;工程教学内容无法代表当代技术水平,实践平台的超前性、先进性不足,尤其是与传统工业相关的专业领域中,工程实践教学水平落后于学生、企业的需求等共性问题。本文在具体教学实践过程中,基于"卓越人才培养计划"的实施,从"技术需求""学生需求""社会需求"三个维度出发,打破学科壁垒,开展以新技术为引导的个性化"菜单式"分层次工程教育平台;打破校企隔阂瓶颈,打造"开放、合作、协同、融合、创新"的工程教育模式,实现工程能力的综合教育增值。
Engineering education,as an important part of China’s higher education,plays an vital role in the cultivation of engineering talents,the formation and development of China’s industrial system.In the context of"Emerging Engineering Education"reform,most of educators have encountered some common problems in the engineering ability training,including the discrepancy between universities’and industry’s operation modes,the unstable production-education integration,the inflexible teaching mode,the barriers between majors or courses and the backward engineering practice platforms,which means that especially in traditional engineering industries,the engineering practice education can not meet the demands of students and industries.Learning from the"Outstanding Talents Training Project"and Based on the demands of techniques,students and society,a multi-layered engineering education platform led by new techniques is proposed,which can overcome the disciplinary barriers.Moreover,an engineering education mode featuring openess,cooperation,coordination,integration and innovation is also put forward,which can overcome the barriers between universities and corporations and improve students’engineering ability.
