针刺治疗不宁腿综合征疗效累积Meta分析

Cumulative Meta-analysis on efficacy of acupuncture therapy for restless legs syndrome

[目的]基于累积Meta分析,评价针刺治疗不宁腿综合征的临床疗效。[方法]检索Cochrane Library,PubMed,Scopus,EMbase,中国生物医学文献光盘数据(CBM),中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)等数据库,严格按照纳入排除标准筛选文献,对纳入文献的研究方法学进行质量评价和偏倚风险评估,提取相关数据资料,运用STATA13.0进行累积Meta分析,运用Grade profiler 3.6软件评价结局指标证据等级。[结果]共纳入7篇文献,累计样本量419例。根据文献发表时间及样本量进行累积Meta分析提示:针刺治疗不宁腿综合征的总有效率优于对照组,且随时间或样本量的增长,累积效应值趋于稳定,精确度逐渐提高。Egger检验提示纳入文献存在偏倚可能性较小(P=0.597);敏感性分析提示研究结果稳定;结局指标GRADE证据等级为低级。[结论]针刺治疗不宁腿综合征的临床疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,但仍需更多高质量、低偏倚的研究来进一步证实。

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on restless legs syndrome by using cumulative Meta-analysis.[Methods] Cochrane Library,PubMed,Scopus,EMbase,CNKI and other related databases were retrieved,screening studies strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Quality evaluations and bias risk assessments were carried out for the methodology of included studies,and relevant data were extracted. Cumulative Meta-analysis was conducted by STATA 13.0,and to evaluate the grade of evidence of the outcome by Grade profiler 3.6 software.[Result] A total of 7 studies were included in the literature,which contains 419 samples. According to the cumulative Meta-analysis of the published time and sample size,the effective rate of acupuncture in the treatment of restless legs syndrome was better than that of the control group,and with the rise of the time or sample size,the cumulative effect value tended to be stable,as well as the accuracy gradually improved. The Egger test showed there was little possibility of publication bias in the included studies(P=0.597). Sensitivity analysis suggested the results were stable. The quality of outcome was low in GRADE levels of evidence.[Conclusion] The clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of restless legs syndrome is better than purely medicine,but we still need more high-quality,low-bias researches to further verify.
