1+X证书制度是《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中的重要内容。它不是以往所实施的一些模式的再表达,其意义也不仅仅是让学生多取得几张技能等级证书,而是智能化时代复合型技术技能人才培养对职业教育人才培养模式改革的内在要求。当与学分互认体系相结合时,1+X会发挥出更加巨大的制度优势。要实施好1+X证书制度,需要完善技能等级证书体系,重构学历职业教育的内容,创新职业教育办学形态,构建专业水平的X选择指导体系,以及构建相应的教育管理制度。

1+X certificate system is a very important part of the National Vocational Education Reform Im plem entation Plan.It is not a re-expression of some previous modes.Its significance is not only to enable students to obtain more skills certificates,but also to meet the inherent requirem ents of the reform of vocational education personnel training mode in the era of intellectualization.W hen combined with the credit mutual recognition system,1+X will give play to a greater institutional advantage.To implement"1+X"well,we need to improve the skill level certificate system,reconstruct the content of academ ic vocational education,innovate the form of vocational education,construct the X selection guidance system of professional level,and construct the corresponding educational m anagement system.
