弹体低速正穿甲铝板/砂卵石组合靶的试验研究

摘要 为了解弹体对砂卵石靶的穿甲性能,文中设计了弹体正穿甲铝板-砂卵石组合靶试验,并开展了不同速度下两种级配的试验研究。分析了靶板背面铝板的破孔形状、穿甲过程高速摄影及耙板不同位置的应变响应数据。结果表明:在同一速度下,级配不同,开孔尺寸不同,说明卵石级配对于穿甲的破坏程度有一定的影响;同一级配下,弹体速度越大,卵石质量损失量越大。与混凝土等连续介质不同的是,由于砂卵石的流动性,在卵石耙穿甲过程中,钯前后坑破孔处均会出现卵石喷射的现象,弹体速度越大喷射流量越大。 In this paper, a trial test of projectile penetration through sand gravel-aluminum plate combined target is designed, and two kinds of gradation tests at different speeds are carried out. The whole shape of aluminum plate on the back of target, the high-speed photography of armour piercing process and strain response data at different positions of target plate are analyzed. The results show that at the same speed, the gradation is different and the size of opening is different, which indicates that the pebble grade pairing has certain influence on the damage degree of armor piercing. Under the same gradation, the higher the velocity of the projectile is, the bigger the loss of cobble is. Unlike the concrete continuous medium , in the process of penetrating gravel target plate, before and after the hole position will appear the pebble injection. This is due to the fluidity of the pebbles. The greater the velocity of the projectile, the larger the jet flow is.
