摘要
由于风力发电输出功率突出的间歇性和波动性等缺陷,其不确定性因素难以给出概率值与严重性的综合度量。提出了一种含风电场的发电系统充裕性分析模型,根据时序风速数据建立风力机功率特性曲线,通过反比例分摊的方法来简化并建立了多状态模型和单台机组输出容量概率表,结合状态枚举法进行了发电系统充裕性指标计算。采用卷积法将风电和传统发电进行卷积计算,从切入风速、切出风速、额定风速、风机数目等几个方面分析了风机类型对系统充裕性的影响。为系统决策者提供充裕性指标依据,并为电力系统的规划及运行提供决策支持,以寻求能够改善系统充裕性水平的措施。
In view of the intermittent and volatility of the wind power output,it is difficult to give a comprehensive measure of the probability value and severity. An abundance analysis model of power generation system with wind farm is proposed,the wind turbine power characteristic curve is established based on the time series wind speed data,the multi-state model and the single unit output capacity probability table are simplified and established by the inverse proportional sharing method,the state enumeration method calculates the abundance index of the power generation system. The convolution method is used to convolve the wind power and the traditional power generation. The influence of the fan type on the system′s abundance is analyzed from the aspects of cut-in wind speed,cut-out wind speed,rated wind speed and number of fans. Provide system decision makers with ample indicator basis and provide decision support for the planning and operation of power systems to seek measures to improve system abundance.
