摘要
为了加强高速铁路灾害监测铁路局中心系统与各相关系统的信息共享,概述灾害监测铁路局中心系统的现状及作用,分析其在建设和运行过程中存在的问题,在保证灾害监测铁路局中心系统通信接口功能的情况下,对接口整体架构进行设计,对灾害监测类数据、灾害报警类数据、命令类及配置信息类数据3类接口数据进行分析,从传输和保护方面对接口关键技术进行研究,灾害监测铁路局中心系统接口方案的研究对促进高速铁路灾害监测专业通信接口的统一与规范有重要作用,为相关通信接口方案的设计与优化提供参考。
To strengthen the information sharing between the railway group central system of disaster monitoring of high-speed railway and other related systems, this paper summarizes the current situation and functions of the central system of disaster monitoring railway bureau, analyzes the existing problems in its construction and operation, designs the overall framework of the interface, carries out the disaster monitoring data and disasters under the condition of guaranteeing the communication interface function of the central system of disaster monitoring railway bureau, and analyzes three kinds of interface data of disaster monitoring data, disaster alarm data, command data and con figuration information data. In this paper, the key technologies of interface are deeply studied from transmission and protection. The research of interface scheme of central system of disaster monitoring Railway Bureau plays an important role in promoting the uni fication and standardization of communication interface for disaster monitoring specialty of high-speed railway, and provides reference for the design and optimization of relevant communication interface plans.
