摘要
针对某型号调速阀在试验过程中产生的流量超调值过大,引起叉车液压缸下降时产生振动的问题,建立了其AMESim仿真模型,对调速阀的流量响应特性进行定量分析,并对关键参数进行了优化。结果表明,该调速阀中板式单向节流阀的节流口开度、减压阀弹簧刚度及其预压缩量、与调速阀串联的控制阀阀口面积大小及梯度对调速阀流量响应特性有很大影响。通过各参数交互组合进行仿真分析,选取其中最优的一组参数进行优化,可以显著减小流量超调值,提高调速系统性能。
Aimed at the problem of high flow overshoot during a test of a certain type of flow control valve,which causes vibration when a hydraulic cylinder of forklift drops,an AMESim simulation model is established. Flow response characteristics of flow control valve are quantitatively analyzed,and the key parameters are optimized. The results show that throttle opening,spring stiffness and pre-compression,area and gradient of other valves in series with the flow control valve have great influence on flow response characteristics. Through interactive combination of various parameters,we select the best set of them to optimize,which significantly reduces the flow overshoot value and improves the performance of flow control system.
