新农科建设背景下地方农业高校教育改革探索

Exploration on the Reform of Local Agricultural College Education under the Background of New Agricultural Science Construction

新农科建设已经成为新时期农业高校教育教学改革的重要方向,要从现代农业产业转型的新变化、实施乡村振兴战略的新需求、新时代高等教育发展的新趋势、生态文明建设的新挑战等不同维度深入理解新农科建设的时代背景。地方农业高校在新农科建设中要树立核心理念:坚持立德树人与投身乡村振兴战略紧密融合、坚持卓越农林人才培养与应用型人才培养紧密融合、坚持新农科新工科新文科建设互相支撑紧密融合、坚持高校专业改革人才培养与产业(企业)紧密融合、坚持高校与区域发展紧密融合。研究以沈阳农业大学教育改革实践为案例,进一步探讨地方农业高校新农科建设的具体路径:把立德树人作为新农科人才培养的根本、扎根东北服务东北突出新农科建设与行业企业协同,以学生为本重点关注学生阶段成长发展目标、强化专业自评估实现专业动态优化调整、人才培养注重四个教育模块融合、突出学教融合实现学生学习回归与教师教育人回归融合。

The construction of new agricultural sciences has become an important direction for the reform of education and teaching in agricultural colleges in the new era.It is necessary to change from the modern agricultural industry,to the new demands of rural revitalization strategy,to the new trend of higher education development in the new era,and to the new challenges of ecological civilization construction which different dimensions understand the background value of new agricultural construction.Local agricultural colleges and universities should establish a core concept in the construction of new agricultural sciences:adhere to the close integration of Lideshuren and the strategy of revitalizing the countryside,adhere to the close integration of excellent agricultural and forestry personnel training and applied talent training,adhere to the new agricultural science,new engineering,the mutual support of the new liberal arts construction is closely integrated,adheres to the close integration of the professional reform of university professionals and the industry(enterprise),and adheres to the close integration of universities and regional development.Taken the education reform practice of Shenyang Agricultural University as a case,this paper further explores the specific path of new agricultural science construction in local agricultural colleges and universities:taking Lideshuren as the foundation of new agricultural talents training,focusing on students′ growth and development goals,strengthening professional self-assessment to achieve professional dynamic optimization and adjustment,talent training,focusing on the integration of four educational modules,innovation in teaching methods,highlighting the integration of learning and teaching,and coordinating education to achieve a true integration of industry and education.
