摘要
目的探讨二氧化碳激光联合α-干扰素栓治疗女性生殖道尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法选择本校附属医院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的女性生殖道尖锐湿疣患者48 例为研究对象,并按照入院单双号分为对照组和联合组,其中对照组采用二氧化碳激光治疗,联合组采用二氧化碳激光联合α-干扰素栓治疗,对比两组临床疗效、复发情况,并观察两组患者血清Th1/Th2 细胞因子水平及T 细胞亚群变化。结果与对照组比较,联合组总有效率明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后1 个月、3 个月、6 个月的复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IFN-γ、IL-2 较治疗前有所升高,联合组升高幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-4、IL-10 较治疗前有所下降,且联合组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均有所升高,CD8+细胞均有所下降(P<0.05),且联合组明显高于对照组,CD8+细胞明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对女性生殖道尖锐湿疣患者采用二氧化碳联合α-干扰素栓治疗可取得显著临床效果,且能够降低复发率,同时可增强患者机体细胞免疫功能,临床价值显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of carbon dioxide laser combined with α-interferon suppository in the treatment of female genital warts. Methods Forty-eight female patients with genital warts who had received treatment in the Affiliated hospital of the university between January 2017 and January 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and combined treatment group according to the odd or even number of date of their admission. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser, and the combined treatment group was treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with α-interferon suppository. The clinical efficacy and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Serum Th1/ Th2 cytokine levels and T cell subsets in the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the total rate of effective treatment in the combined treatment group was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence rates at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after treatment in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 were significantly higher in both groups after treatment, and improvement in the combined treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-4 and IL-10 decreased in both groups after treatment, and the decrease in the combined treatment group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in both groups were increased, with those in the combined treatment group higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8+ decreased after treatment in both groups, and the level in the former more was lower than that in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of female genital warts, carbon dioxide laser combined with α-interferon suppository can achieve significant clinical results, which can help reduce the recurrence rate, and enhance the cellular immune function of the patients;therefore, it is with significant clinical value, thus worthwhile to be popularized in clinical applications.
