围术期护理配合在腔镜联合超声刀行小切口甲状腺手术中的应用效果

Application effect of perioperative nursing cooperation in small incision thyroid surgery with endoscopy and ultrasound scalpel

目的研究围术期护理配合在腔镜联合超声刀行小切口甲状腺手术中的价值。方法选取2016年12月~2018年12月于我院进行甲状腺手术的52例患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组26例。对照组患者予以常规护理,实验组患者予以围术期护理配合,比较两组患者的护理总满意度、焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)、手术时间、住院时间、疼痛评分及并发症发生率。结果实验组的护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者护理后的SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且实验组护理后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的疼痛评分、并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理配合在腔镜联合超声刀行小切口甲状腺手术中应用,能有效改善患者负面情绪,提高患者护理满意度,且安全有效,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study on the value of perioperative nursing cooperation in small incision thyroid surgery with endoscopy and ultrasound scalpel. Methods A total of 52 patients who underwent thyroid surgery from December 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the experimental group was given perioperative nursing care. The total degree of nursing satisfaction, anxiety score(SAS), depression score(SDS), operation time, hospitalization time, pain score, and the incidence rate of complication between the two groups were compared. Results The total degree of nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). The pain score and the incidence rate of complication in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of perioperative nursing cooperation in small incision thyroid surgery with endoscopy and ultrasound scalpel can effectively improve patients′ negative emotions and improve patients′ nursing satisfaction, which is safe and effective, and has clinical application value.
