生物反馈法在急性脑卒中所致偏瘫患者早期康复治疗中的应用效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨生物反馈法在急性脑卒中所致偏瘫患者早期康复治疗中的应用效果,以期为进一步提高患者康复水平提供参考。方法将我院2016年7月至2018年2月收治的72例急性脑卒中所致偏瘫患者采用抽签的方法分为对照组(n=36)与观察组(n=36)。对照组给予常规早期康复护理,观察组在此基础上给予生物反馈法。比较两组患者的临床疗效、护理前、后的神经功能缺损(采用NIHSS评分评估)、下肢运动功能(采用FMA评分评估)及日常生活活动能力(采用MBI评分评估)评分。结果观察组的护理总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的NIHSS评分显著降低,FMA及MBI评分均显著升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用生物反馈法可有效改善急性脑卒中所致偏瘫患者的神经功能、运动功能及日常生活活动能力,对于其预后康复转归具有积极效果,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application on effect of biofeedback in early rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients caused by acute stroke, in order to provide reference for further improving the rehabilitation level of patients. Methods Seventy-two patients with hemiplegia caused by acute stroke enrolled in our hospital from July 2016 to February 2018 were divided into control group (n=36) and observation group (n=36). The control group was given routine early rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group was given biofeedback on this basis. The clinical efficacy, scores of neurological impairment (assessed by NIHSS score), lower limb motor function (assessed by FMA score) and activity of daily living (assessed by MBI score) before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased significantly, while the scores of FMA and MBI increased significantly, and those of the observation group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Biofeedback can effectively improve the neurological function, motor function and activity of daily living of hemiplegia patients caused by acute stroke. It has a positive effect on the prognosis, rehabilitation and outcome of hemiplegia patients, and is worth promoting.
