多索茶碱和噻托溴铵粉联合治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的效果分析

Effect of Combined Therapy of Doxofylline and Thiotromonium Bromide Powder on Pulmonary Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:研究多索茶碱和噻托溴铵粉联合治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的效果,为临床提供指导。方法:选择从2017年7月-2018年7月收治的50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者纳入此次研究,按照数字随机方式将其分为试验组与对照组,各25例。对照组接受多索茶碱治疗,试验组接受多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗,对比两组患者肺功能各项指标、生活质量各项指标评分。结果:试验组肺功能各项指标[FVC(2.75±0.32)L、FEV1(1.65±0.03)L、FEV1/FVC(60.12±7.12)%]、生活质量各项指标评分[健康状况(41.23±4.89)分、精神健康(54.37±5.12)分、生理功能(72.27±4.76)分]均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病过程中,采用多索茶碱和噻托溴铵粉联合治疗的方式,能够有效改善患者肺功能各项指标,不断提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of the combined treatment of Doxofylline and Thiotromonium Bromide Powder on lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and to provide clinical guidance.Method:A total of 50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted from July 2017 to July 2018 were included in the study.According to the numerical random division method,they were divided into experimental group and control group respectively,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Doxophylline,and the experimental group was treated with Doxophylline combined with Thiotromonium Bromide Powder.Result:The indexes of lung function[FVC(2.75±0.32)L,FEV1(2.45±0.03)L,FEV1/FVC(60.12±7.12)%],and the quality of life indicators scores[health status(41.23±4.89)points,mental health(54.37±5.12)points,physiological function(72.27±4.76)points] in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the combination of Doxofylline and Thiotromonium Bromide Powder can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth of clinical application.
