榆树坡矿辅运大巷围岩破坏机理及加固技术应用研究

摘要 榆树坡煤矿1201首采工作面回采后,其2号煤层辅运大巷对应区段围岩出现明显的失稳变形,影响煤矿正常的安全生产。为避免在1203工作面回采后出现类似情况,通过理论分析及数值模拟方法研究得知1201工作面停采线与辅运大巷间煤柱宽度过小,并确定最佳的煤柱宽度为120m,根据辅运大巷围岩破坏特征,设计采用让压锚索和注浆锚杆对辅运大巷围岩进行加固,并设计了具体的加固参数。在1203工作面回采完毕后对加固段围岩位移情况进行为期200d的监测,结果表明:1203工作面回采完毕后,辅运大巷底板底鼓量稳定在160mm,两帮移进量稳定在76mm左右,顶板下沉量稳定在54mm左右,围岩整体稳定性很好。 After mining in 1201 first mining face of Yushupo Coal Mine, the surrounding rock of the corresponding section of No. 2 auxiliary haulage roadway appears obvious instability deformation, which affects the normal safety production of the coal mine. According to the failure characteristics of surrounding rock of auxiliary haulage roadway, concessional anchor cable and grouting anchor are designed to reinforce surrounding rock of auxiliary haulage roadway, and concrete reinforcement is designed. Parameters. The displacement of surrounding rock in the reinforcement section was monitored for 200 days after the completion of mining in 1203 working face. The results show that after the completion of mining in 1203 working face, the floor heave of auxiliary haulage roadway is stable at 160 mm, the displacement of two sides is stable at 76 mm, the roof subsidence is stable at 54 mm, and the overall stability of surrounding rock is very good.
