摘要
人才培养质量关乎高等院校的生存与发展。物流管理专业作为综合类、理工类高等院校常设专业,其人才培养质量评估方法与结论运用具有典型代表性。当前对高等院校人才培养质量评估领域的研究,存在一些普遍性、共有性的问题。多维度整体评估方法,较于传统的单维度评估和多维度个体评估方法,更利于解决此类问题。某高等院校物流管理专业的实际数据,验证了利用此种方法进行评估的有效性。
The quality of personnel training is related to the survival and development of institutions of higher learning. Lo-gistics management specialty is a permanent specialty in com-prehensive and technological colleges and universities. The application of evaluation methods and conclusions of talent train-ing quality is typical. At present, there are some universal and common problems in the research on the quality evaluation of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. Multidimensional group assessment method is more conducive to solving such problems than traditional single-dimensional group assessment and multi-dimensional individual assessment methods. The actual data of logistics management specialty in a university verifies the validity of this method.
