不同胰岛素给药方法治疗糖尿病效果对照分析

Contrast analysis of different insulin administration methods in the treatment of diabetes mellitus

目的:分析研究不同胰岛素给药方法治疗糖尿病的效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者72例,分为两组各36例。参照组给予多次皮下注射治疗,研究组给予胰岛素泵连续皮下注射治疗,比较两组血糖变化情况、达到目标血糖值时间及平均胰岛素用量等指标。结果:研究组治疗后的血糖变化情况、达到目标血糖值时间及平均胰岛素用量等各项指标皆优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗糖尿病的过程中采取胰岛素泵连续皮下注射疗法,患者血糖水平下降更为明显,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the effect of different insulin administration methods on diabetes mellitus.Methods:72 cases of diabetes patients were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each group.The reference group was given subcutaneous injection for many times,and the study group was given continuous subcutaneous injection with insulin pump.The changes of blood sugar,the time to reach the target blood sugar and the average insulin dosage were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood glucose changes after treatment,the time to reach the target blood glucose and the average insulin dosage in the study group were all better than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Discussion:In the process of clinical treatment of diabetes,continuous subcutaneous injection therapy with insulin pump is adopted,and the patients' blood glucose level drops more obviously,which has the promotion value.
