摘要
以北方工业大学2017—2018年本科毕业生为研究对象,分析高校学业辅导与学生的专业课综合成绩、就业质量之间的关系。采用Ologit模型实证分析发现:学习方法辅导能有效提高学生的专业课综合成绩和毕业质量,学业适应辅导对学生的专业课综合成绩有正向影响,职业规划辅导对学生的毕业质量有显著影响;个体辅导和团体辅导能显著提高学生的专业课综合成绩,而朋辈辅导对学生的专业课综合成绩影响不大,个体辅导和朋辈辅导能显著提高学生的就业质量。
Taking the 2017-2018 undergraduate graduates of North China University of Technology as the research object, this paper analyzes the relationship between academic counselling in colleges and universities and students' comprehensive performance in professional courses and employment quality. Through the empirical analysis using Ologit model, it indicates that, study method counselling can effectively improve students' comprehensive performance and graduation quality, academic adaptation counselling has a positive impact on students' comprehensive performance in professional courses, career planning counselling has a significant impact on students' graduation quality;Individual counselling and group counselling can significantly improve students' comprehensive performance in professional courses, peer counselling has little effect on students' comprehensive performance in professional courses, individual counselling and peer counselling can significantly improve students' employment quality.
