在大众创业的时代背景下,如何培养“双创”人才是人们关注的热门话题。高职院校为了满足就业市场的需求,积极开展“双创”教育模式。本文简要阐述了以就业为导向的高职院校“双创”教育模式的必要性,分析高职院校开展“双创”教育模式存在的问题,并对这些问题提出几点策略。

In the era of mass entrepreneurship, how to cultivate "double-creative" talents is a hot topic of concern. In order to meet the needs of the job market, higher vocational colleges actively carry out the "double innovation" education mode. This paper briefly expounds the necessity of employment-oriented "double innovation" education mode in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the problems existing in the "double innovation" education mode in higher vocational colleges, and proposes several strategies for these problems.
