底面合一阴极电泳涂料用乳液的研制 被引量:2

摘要 采用化学接枝法,以功能丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂为原料,合成底面合一阴极电泳涂料用环氧丙烯酸树脂。研究了乳液状态、电泳漆膜外观及漆膜性能等。实验结果表明,功能丙烯酸树脂与环氧树脂的质量比为1:1,可制得稳定的电泳涂料用乳液,乳液pH在5.5左右,电导率1300μs/cm左右;与电泳专用色浆配套使用,漆膜外观平整,附着力优异(0级),得到耐盐雾性能(500h)和耐候性(300h,保光率>70%)优良的底面合一阴极电泳涂料。 An emulsion for primer topcoat cathodic electrodeposition coatings was prepared via graft modification by using functional acrylic resin and epoxy resin as raw materials. The state of emulsion, the surface appearance and other properties of the electrodeposition coatings were also studied. When the mass ratio of functional acrylic resin and epoxy resin is 1:1, the pH value and conductivity of the emulsion were approximately 5.5 and 1,300μs/cm respectively, the emulsion was stable and the prepared coatings formulated with waterborne pigment pastes exhibited an uniform and homogeneous surface with the adhesion of grade 0, salt spray over 500 hours and accelerated weatherability over 300 hours (gloss retention more than 70%). The coatings showed an excellent anticorrosion and weatherability.
