摘要
为解决气温低于10℃条件下环氧沥青钢桥面铺装的施工技术难题,以太原天龙山区域道路高架桥钢桥面铺装为例,通过调整环氧沥青材料配比和施工控制参数,参照普通沥青混凝土的施工特性,建立了改进型温拌环氧沥青混合料的拌合、摊铺、碾压温度与环氧沥青表观黏度的关系,确定了在0℃~5℃气温条件下拌合温度采用100℃~110℃、摊铺温度采用90℃~100℃、碾压温度采用40℃~80℃、最大容留时间大于120min的环氧沥青混凝土施工参数,并成功实施了较低气温下钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装。
In order to solve the technical problems in construction of epoxy asphalt steel deck pavement under the condition of temperature lower than 10 ℃, taking the steel deck pavement of Tianlongshan road viaduct in Taiyuan as an example, the relationship between mixing, paving, rolling temperature and apparent viscosity of epoxy asphalt was determined by adjusting the mix ratio of epoxy asphalt materials and construction control parameters. The construction parameters of epoxy asphalt concrete are determined as following: when the temperature is at the range of 0 ℃-5 ℃, the mixing temperature should be at the range of 100 ℃-110 ℃, the paving temperature should be at the range of 90 ℃-100 ℃, the rolling temperature should be at the range of 40 ℃-80 ℃, and the maximum residence time should be more than 120 min. Therefore, the epoxy asphalt concrete pavement of steel deck was successfully implemented at lower temperature conditions.
