摘要
生物饲料是以植物性农副产品、食品工业副产物和全价料等为主要底物,在人为可控条件下经特定微生物发酵而成的一类饲料。生物发酵可提高底物营养价值,增加益生菌含量,在替代优质饲料原料和减少饲用抗生素使用方面有广阔的应用前景。本文就生物饲料的种类、作用机理及其在肉鸡和猪生产中的应用和存在的问题进行综述,为相关研究和生产提供理论依据。
Biological feeds is fermented by specific microorganisms under artificially controlled conditions,and using vegetal agricultural by-products,food processing by-products or compound feed as the main fermentation substrates. Fermenting by microorganisms can increase the nutritional value and amounts of probiotics in substrates,and have broad application prospects in replacing high-quality feedstuffs and reducing the use of feed antibiotics. This reviewfocused on the types of biological feeds,mechanism of action,application in broiler and pig production and the problems on the application,providing a theoretical basis for related research and production.
