Occurrence and Control Mechanism of Opportunistic Behavior of Green Suppliers: Cooperation through Communication

加强供应商管理、有效控制机会主义行为、实现供应链协同已成为提升企业合作绩效的关键。并且探索了绿色供应商机会主义行为的发生机制,以及沟通行为在其中的调节作用。在建筑业绿色供应链成员企业进行问卷调查的基础上,运用结构方程模型对上述关系进行了实证分析。研究结果显示:供应链企业间过度信任、依赖不对称性、不确定性等三种关系风险因素对机会主义行为有显著的正向影响;沟通调节了上述三个变量和机会主义行为之间的关系,并向采购商提出了通过监控、管理(边界)、挑战和谈判四种沟通模式,对绿色供应商机会主义行为进行整体性抑制的管理建议。

Strengthening supplier management,effectively controlling opportunistic behavior and realizing supply chain collaboration have become the key to improve the performance of enterprise cooperation. This paper explores the mechanism of opportunistic behavior of green suppliers and the cooperating role of communication behavior in it. Based on questionnaires of green supply chain enterprises in construction industry,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the above relationship by using structural equation model. The results show that three kinds of risk factors,such as excessive trust,dependence asymmetry and uncertainty,have significant positive effects on opportunistic behavior. Communication regulates the relationship between the above three variables and opportunistic behavior,and puts forward management suggestions on how to refrain opportunistic behavior of green suppliers through four communication modes: monitoring,management ( border),challenge and negotiation.
