他汀类药物在急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术前应用的效果

Effect of statins on preoperative application of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的研究他汀类药物在急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术前应用的效果。方法选取2016年6月~2017年6月我院收治的150例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按照计算机随机的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例。两组患者均行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术,对照组患者不进行药物干预,观察组患者应用他汀类药物干预,比较两组患者的再灌注心律失常发生情况及介入情况。结果两组患者的介入情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者再灌注心律失常总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术前应用他汀类药物,可以降低再灌注心律失常的发生率,值得在后续的临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of statin reperfusion arrhythmia before percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 150 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the computer randomized method, with 75 cases in each group. Percutaneous coronary intervention was performed in both groups. Patients in the control group were not treated with drugs. The patients in the observation group were treated with statin intervention. The reperfusion arrhythmia and intervention were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the intervention between the two groups (P>0.05). The total incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of statins before percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction can reduce the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia, and it is worthy of promotion and application in subsequent clinical practice.
