近年来,各类食品安全违法犯罪行为得到了有力打击,食品安全工作稳步推进。但基层执法人员在实际监管过程中,也遇到了一些因监管依据不明确、不清楚或脱离执法工作实际情况,而影响食品安全监管工作顺利进行的问题,对此,本文结合笔者在日常工作中发现的几个热点难点问题进行了分析,以期有助于更科学、更合理的促进食品安全监管工作顺利开展。
