三个基层食品安全执法难点及热点问题探讨

摘要 近年来,各类食品安全违法犯罪行为得到了有力打击,食品安全工作稳步推进。但基层执法人员在实际监管过程中,也遇到了一些因监管依据不明确、不清楚或脱离执法工作实际情况,而影响食品安全监管工作顺利进行的问题,对此,本文结合笔者在日常工作中发现的几个热点难点问题进行了分析,以期有助于更科学、更合理的促进食品安全监管工作顺利开展。 At present, various types of food safety and crimes have been effectively attacked, and food safety work has been steadily advanced. However, in the actual supervision process, grassroots law enforcement officers have also encountered some problems that affect the smooth implementation of food safety supervision because the supervision basis is unclear, unclear or out of the actual situation of law enforcement work. In order to help the scientific and rational promotion of food safety supervision work smoothly, this article analyze several hot and difficult problems were found is the daily work.
