摘要
[目的]了解猪伪狂犬病gE基因缺失活疫苗的免疫效果,同时制定合理的免疫程序。[方法]选用国产和进口2种猪伪狂犬病gE基因缺失活疫苗,采用2种不同的免疫程序进行了免疫对比试验。[结果]无论是用国产的还是进口的猪伪狂犬病gE基因缺失活疫苗免疫,试验猪10、20、30、40、50、60、70日龄猪伪狂犬病病毒gB抗体S/N平均值各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);80日龄,实行3次免疫的试验猪伪狂犬病病毒gB抗体S/N平均值显著高于2次免疫的试验猪(P<0.05);90、100、115日龄,实行3次免疫的试验猪伪狂犬病病毒gB抗体S/N平均值极显著高于2次免疫的试验猪(P<0.01)。整个试验期,通过对国产和进口猪伪狂犬病gE基因缺失活疫苗免疫效果的对比,发现试验猪伪狂犬病病毒gB抗体S/N平均值各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]该免疫试验结果可为猪伪狂犬病免疫防控程序的应用提供依据。
[Objective] To understand the immune effect of gE -gene-deleted attenuated vaccine of pseudorabies virus and establish reasonable immune procedure.[Method] Domestic and imported gE -gene-deleted attenuated vaccine of pseudorabies virus were selected and 2 different immune procedures were used to conduct the immune contrast test.[Result] There was no significant difference( P> 0.05)of the average S/N mean value of gB antibody against porcine pseudorabies virus between domestic and imported gE -gene-deleted attenuated vaccine of pseudorabies virus at 10,20,30, 40,50, 60,70 day-ages. And the average S/N value of gB antibody against porcine pseudorabies virus in the third immunization group was significantly higher than that in the second immunization group ( P< 0.05) at 80-day-age. At 90,100,115 day-ages, the average S/N value of gB antibody against porcine pseudorabies virus in the third immunization group was significantly higher than that in the second immunization group( P< 0.01). During the whole trial period, there was no significant difference in the average S/N value of gB antibody against porcine pseudorabies virus between domestic and imported gE -gene-deleted attenuated vaccine of pseudorabies virus among all groups (P >0.05).[Conclusion]The research results could provide the basis for the application of the immune prevention and control program of pseudorabies in pigs.
