父母养育心理灵活性对父母焦虑抑郁和儿童问题行为的影响

The impact of parental psychological flexibility on parental anxiety,depression and children’s problem behavior

目的探讨父母养育心理灵活性对父母焦虑、抑郁和儿童问题行为的影响,为提高父母养育心理灵活性水平以减少儿童问题行为的预防和干预研究提供实证依据。方法 2017年10—11月,选取北京2所小学430名学生的父母为被试,回收有效问卷389份。采用父母养育心理灵活性问卷(PPFQ)、自评焦虑量表(SAS)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)和Conners儿童行为问卷(CBRS)进行调查。结果 PPFQ得分与父母焦虑、父母抑郁、儿童行为得分负相关(r值分别为-0.29、-0.32和-0.52,P均<0.01),父母焦虑、父母抑郁得分与儿童行为得分正相关(r值分别为0.33和0.30,P均<0.01)。回归分析显示,PPFQ负向预测父母焦虑、父母抑郁和儿童问题行为(β值分别为-0.26、-0.29和-0.48,P均<0.001)。自举bootstrap分析显示PPFQ分别在父母焦虑与儿童问题行为(R2=0.31,F(3385)=57.76,P<0.001)、父母抑郁与儿童问题行为(R2=0.29,F(3385)=51.83,P<0.001)的关系上均有调节效应,进一步简单斜率检验显示调节效应方向均为负向。结论父母养育心理灵活性负向预测父母的焦虑和抑郁情绪以及儿童问题行为,且可以缓冲父母的焦虑与抑郁情绪对儿童行为的消极影响。提示促进父母养育心理灵活性有望减轻父母的焦虑、抑郁情绪和儿童问题行为。

Objective This study explore the impact of parental psychological flexibility on parental anxiety and depression and children's problem behavior, and provide empirical support for the prevention and intenentions to improve parental psychological flexibility iind reduce children's problem behavior. Methods From October to November 2017, totiilly 389 parents of primary schools students in Beijing were recruited and asked to complete the parental psychological flexibility questionnaire (PPFQ), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and conners child behavior rating scale (CBRS). Results The scores of PPFQ was negatively correlated with the parental anxiety and depression and child behavior scores (r =- 0. 29,-0. 32,-0. 52, Ps <0. 01 ), the scores of parental anxiety and depression were positively correlated with child behavior scores ( r= 0. 33, 0. 30, Ps <0. 01 ). Regression analysis revealed that the scores of PPFQ negatively predicted parental anxiety and depression and children's problem behavior scores (β=-0. 26,-0. 29,-0. 48, P< 0.001 ). Bootstrap procedure revealed that the PPFQ negatively moderated the relations between the parental anxiety an(i children's problem behavior [ R2=0. 31 , F(3385)=57.76, P <0. 001], also the parental depression and children's problem behavior [R2= 0.29, F(3385)=51.83 , P<0.001]. Furthermore, simple slope analysis revealed that the direction of moderation effect was negative. Conclusion This study shows that parental psychological flexibility negatively predict parental anxiety ,depression and children's problem behavior. Furthermore, parental psychological flexibility decrease bad effects of parental anxiety and depression on child behavior efficiently. It is suggested that prompting parental psychological flexibility may decrease parental anxiety, depression and children's problem behavior.
