综合性预防护理干预用于预防口腔牙体牙髓科患者院内感染的临床研究

Comprehensive preventive nursing intervention in preventing nosocomial infection in patients with dental and pulpal diseases

目的分析综合性预防护理干预用于预防口腔牙体牙髓科患者院内感染的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年2月本院口腔门诊收治的130例牙体牙髓病患者,经数字随机方法将全部患者分成两组,各65例。对照组选择常规护理,实验组选择综合性预防护理干预,观察比较院内感染发生情况、护理满意度以及卫生指标评分。结果实验组院内感染发生率为1.54%,低于对照组12.31%,护理满意度96.92%,高于对照组83.08%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实验组空气卫生质量、无菌器械管理、医疗废物处理、手卫生情况评分分别为(90.68±6.87)分、(92.63±7.02)分、(91.55±5.56)分、(95.26±4.12)分,均明显高于对照组(79.83±7.44)分、(83.79±8.27)分、(77.47±7.76)分、(85.52±6.24)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论为口腔牙体牙髓科患者提供综合性预防护理干预,能让院内感染显著减少,让护理水平和患者满意度显著提高,具有临床提供价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive preventive nursing intervention in preventing nosocomial infection in patients with dental and pulpal diseases. Methods 130 patients with dental pulp disease admitted to our stomatological clinic from March, 2018 to February, 2019 were divided into a control group and an experimental group, 65 for each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the experimental group was given comprehensive preventive nursing intervention. The nosocomial infection, nursing satisfaction, and health index scores were observed and compared. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection was 12.31% in the control group, and was 1.54% in the experimental group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 83.08% in the control group, and was 96.92% in the experimental group(P < 0.05). The scores of air hygiene quality, sterile instrument management, medical waste disposal, and hand hygiene were (90.68±6.87),(92.63±7.02),(91.55±5.56), and (95.26±4.12) in the experimental group, and were (79.83±7.44),(83.79±8.27),(77.47±7.76), and (85.52±6.24) in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Providing comprehensive preventive nursing intervention for dental and pulpal patients can significantly reduce nosocomial infection and improve the nursing level and patient satisfaction, and has clinical value.
