药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院药房管理中应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of Rational Drug Classification and Drug Regulatory System in Hospital Pharmacy Management

目的研究药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院药房管理中的应用。方法以国家的相关制度、药物使用说明书等为参考,合理对本医院西药房内的药品进行分类,同时加强药品的管理。对比分析药品在合理分类、加强管理前后各12个月(2016年、2017年)内的药房出错率以及患者的临床满意度。结果2016年西药房的出错率为1.56%,患者的临床满意度为81%;2017年西药房的出错率为0.56%,患者的临床满意度为97.00%。两年内的出错率明显降低,患者的临床满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药品合理分类及药品监管制度的实施,可以提高有效提高药房的工作效率,得到患者的认可,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study the application of rational drug classification and drug supervision system in hospital pharmacy management. Methods Referring to the relevant national systems and drug use instructions. The drugs in the Western pharmacy of our hospital were classified reasonably, and the drug management was strengthened. The pharmacy error rate and clinical satisfaction of drugs in 12 months(2016 and 2017) before and after rational classification and management were compared and analyzed. Results In 2016, the error rate of Western pharmacies was 1.56%, and the clinical satisfaction rate was 81%. In 2017, the error rate of Western pharmacies was 0.56%, and the clinical satisfaction rate was 97.00%.In two years, the error rate was significantly reduced, and the clinical satisfaction was significantly improved(P <0.05).Conclusion The rational classification of drugs and the implementation of drug supervision system can effectively improve the efficiency of pharmacies and get the recognition of patients. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
