护理风险管理在肿瘤PICC置管患者中应用临床效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Patients with PICC Catheterization

目的观察护理风险管理在肿瘤PICC置管患者中应用价值。方法2016年1月—2017年12月该院PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者110例随机对照组及观察组各55例,对照组实施PICC常规护理,观察组实施风险管理:成立风险管理小组、评估PICC风险制定护理计划、加强与患者沟通、提高护理人员法律意识、完善PICC维护过程、做好院外指导。结果观察组护理人员PICC风险管理考试成绩(94.14±2.28)分、PICC留置时间(130.03±18.86)d、患者满意98.18%高于对照组的(87.07±5.27)分、(92.26±21.26)d、88.89%(t/χ2=4.26,5.73,4.11,P<0.05);PICC护理风险事件发生率3.64%低于对照组22.22%(χ2=5.54,P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理提高肿瘤PICC置管时间,降低PICC不良事件,提高患者护理满意,值得使用。

Objective To observe the application value of nursing risk management in patients with PICC catheterization.Methods From Jan. 2016 to Dec. 2017, 110 patients receiving PICC catheterization chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The observation group received PICC routine nursing. The observation team implemented risk management: set up a risk management team, evaluated the PICC risk to develop a care plan, strengthened communication with patients, improved the legal awareness of nursing staff, improved the PICC maintenance process, and provided good guidance outside the hospital. Results The observation group PICC risk management test score of nursing staff was(94.14±2.28)points, the retention time of PICC was(130.03±18.86)days,and the patients satisfaction rate was 98.18%, which were higher than those of the control group(87.07±5.27)points,(92.26±21.26)days and 88.89%(t/χ2=4.26,5.73, 4.114,P <0.05). The incidence of PICC nursing risk events 3.64% was lower than that in the control group(22.22%)(χ2=5.54,P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management improves the time of PICC catheterization, reduces the adverse events of PICC, and improves patients’ satisfaction with nursing. It is worth using.
