摘要
风险投资为解决创业企业融资和管理问题提供了新渠道。文章以创业板上市的创业型企业为研究对象,选取相关变量研究了风险投资对创业型企业绩效水平的影响作用。通过因子分析法选取核心变量,构建多元回归模型进行分析。
Venture capital provides a new channel to solve the financing and management problems of enterpreneurial enterprises. In this paper, the entrepreneurial enterprises are listed on the GEM are taken as the research object, and the relevant variables are selected to study the impact of venture capital on the performance level of entrepreneurial enterprises. By the factor analysis method, the core variables are selected, and the multiple regression model is constructed.
